Your Responsibilities

• By submitting your design to Boss Custom Products, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce any logos and/or images associated with your order. You certify that you have legal ownership or authorization of use of any and all logos, trademarks and copyrights used in your design. You certify that the production of any images you have submitted does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or any other person or entity.
• Review digital proofs carefully in detail. The digital proof you approve is what we promise to manufacture, so please review it carefully and check for:
  • Accuracy of spelling and grammar of text.
  • Accuracy of the design, images and logos.
  • Colors, finish, and plating chosen.
• Because coins are custom made to order with your specific design, once you have approved the digital proof and the order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

• Any claim related to the information on this web site will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida without regard to conflicts of law rules.
