  • At Boss Custom Products, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality custom coins on the market. We use the highest quality molds and materials available. We guarantee the quality of our work 100%.
  • All computer monitors and printers do not display colors in the same way and digital proofs may not be a completely accurate representation of the true color and hue of the colors chosen. You should confirm your color choice by consulting a local art store or professional printer.
  • Because coins are custom made to order, coins cannot be returned for a refund unless they present a manufacturing error or defect. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with your coins, we will work with you to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction.
  • When you receive your custom coins, be sure to inspect them thoroughly. Any claims for errors or defects must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • If any coins in your order present a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will remake those coins in a timely manner at no additional cost. We will remake your coins if:
    • Coins contain different text, logo, or artwork that clearly does not match the digital proof.
    • Colors or plating finishes clearly do not match the proof. This does not apply to slight differences in colors or hues due to the limitations of digital proofs.
    • Coins present a noticeable manufacturing defect that is visible in photographs and 0.5 mm or larger in size.
    • Coins are lost in shipping or never delivered. Please note that we cannot replace coins if there is proof of delivery (signed delivery receipt or photograph taken of delivery by shipping courier).
