When tasked with coming up with our new squadron coin, I went into google and typed in “custom challenge coins” I copied and pasted the same information on what I wanted/had in mind to probably 10 different companies. Boss was the first to get back to me (some took days-weeks) and already with a proof of the coin for free. Customer service made it so incredibly easy to work with designing the coin and ensuring I got exactly what I had in mind. Fast forward to their extreme patience with my intricate design demands and their unbeatable customer service, they produced the most incredible coin I’ve ever seen. Everyone who sees the coin has to have it, and I’ve heard so many times, “this is the best coin I’ve ever seen”. The quality, creativity, timely delivery, and great customer service..I highly recommend this company with your future projects. When I want to do another coin I will 100% be returning to Boss.

The Sales and Design team of Daniele and Michael took my idea and went the extra mile to not only improve the graphics but actually make it pop. Working with a compressed time line and shipped it with plenty of time to get the finished product in my hands. The coin turned out far better than I had ever imagined, graphics, colors and finish. This being my retirement coin after 30 years of Naval service meant it was extra special to me and needed to be reflective of just that.
